Adults & children over 12 years: 20 drops (1 mL), 3 times a day
Children 6–12 years: 15 drops (0.75 mL), 3 times a day
Children 3–6 years: 10 drops (0.5 mL), 3 times a day
Children 3 months–3 years: 8 drops (0.4 mL), 3 times a day
Infants under 3 months: 6 drops (0.3 mL), 3 times a day
