The dosage for TravelProtect is designed to prepare your body for exposure to controlled environments (such as airplanes) and keep BLIS K12 levels as high as possible over an extended period to cover your travel. BLIS Pre-Travel losenges contain a double dose of BLIS K12. Taking a super-dose of BLIS 24 hours prior to travel gives your immune systemsupport to be on high alert for bad bugs that may challenge your body during your journey. During and after travel its recommended taking maintenance doses of TravelProtect.
Each pack of TravelProtect contains 10 pre-travel lozenges and 20 maintenance lozenges. This is enough for 1 return journey for one person.
Active Ingredients:
Isomalt, Tableting Aids, Streptococcus salivarius K12 (contains at least 2.5 billion cfu/dose in Pre-Travel lozenges and 1.25 billion cfu/dose in regular BLIS K12 lozenges at the date of manufacture), Natural Flavour
Dosage:
24hr before travel: Take 4 x Pre-travel lozenges within 1 hour
During & after travel: Take 1 x Maintenence lozenge every 2-3 hours. If you are planning on sleeping during your journey, take 2 before you go to sleep and another 2 on waking.
Warnings:
Do not take at the same time as antibiotics.
