Each tablet contains : Active ingredients per film coated tablet: Silica – colloidal anhydrous 450 mg (Equiv. to Silicon 210.38mg), Biotin 2.5 mg, Zinc citrate dihydrate 75.3 mg (Equiv. to Zinc 24.17 mg), Selenomethionine 250 micrograms (Equiv. to Selenium 100 micrograms)
Dosage:
Adults: Take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water. Take with food.
Warnings:
A daily dose of 150micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
Exceeding the daily dose is not recommended.
Food supplements should not replace a varied diet.
Store out of reach of children.
Store below 30°C.
